Tuition and Financial Aid

שכר הלימוד

We are committed to maintaining an affordable tuition schedule. However, like most independent schools, tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating each child, and therefore we close this gap with annual contributions from friends and outside foundations. Please do not hesitate to apply if affordability is your biggest concern. Hannah Senesh provides tuition assistance to more than 50% of our students.

Tuition Schedule (2018-2019)

Tuition for Kindergarten through 8th grade is $32,450 (School Year 2018-2019)

Additional fees:

  • Materials and trip fee of $400 per student in K-4 grades (this includes the cost of books, field trips and classroom material).
  • Scholarship Fund Gift of $1000 per student. This is acknowledged as a charitable donation to the school.
  • There is an additional cost for overnight trips (which take place in the Middle School), for after school, and for the lunch program.

Tuition Payment Options:

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance is available for students from Kindergarten through the 8th grade and is granted on the basis of need, consistent with the school’s commitment to diversity.  Admissions decisions and financial aid decisions are made independently. Due to limited funds, an acceptance by the Admissions Office does not guarantee an award even if need is demonstrated.

The School utilizes the services of TADS to process Tuition Assistance or Financial Aid. If you are applying for financial aid for the 2019-20 school year, applications for current Senesh families are due on December 3, 2018. Tuition Assistance applications for new applicant families are due by January 2, 2019.

Apply for Tuition Assistance by creating an account in TADS and clicking on Financial Aid Assessment.

Financial aid awards are determined by the Financial Aid Committee. All financial aid information is kept confidential by the Financial Aid Committee. We will notify you of any financial aid determinations in the school contract. If you have questions, please email tuitionassistance@hannahsenesh.org.

Hannah Senesh admits students of any race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
